GoShopUs stands behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days, and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure its packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse, plus a 15% restocking fee to cover our shipping and handling. We do not accept products that have been damaged or soiled. No refunds after 30 days.
BEFORE RETURNING A PRODUCT PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AT THE WAREHOUSE AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER.

What If I Need to Cancel an Order?
If an order is cancelled, the customer will be refunded the full sales price on condition that the cancellation is received by E-MAIL no later than 3:00pm EST of the same day of purchase. If the order is placed after 3:00 PM EST, GSU will credit the account the following business day.
